Overall Process took 1 month. Applied early October, and got invited for a video screening interview within a few days. About a week after the screening interview, I was invited to a case based interview at my school. Before the case interview, I had to complete an online logic and reasoning test. For the interview, I was given 2 hours to prepare a 10 minute case presentation, and then about 30 mins of behavioural and motivational questions. About 2 weeks after that, I heard back with a personal phonecall from one of the interviewers that I had been unsuccesful

Was asked a lot about my case presentation, things like elaborating on implementation of solution, contingencies, etc.. Behavioral was pretty straightforward, with typical questions, but many were teamwork and leadership oriented, given the nature of the position

Entretien
I went to the info session on campus and managed to get some contacts to pass the word that I was interested. About two weeks after I applied, I got a phone call which was a screening call. It was a quick 10 minute behavioural interview. The following week they invited me for an interview at their office in Mississauga. It was a 1 hour behavioural interview with 2 of the managers. If you pass this interview, the following is a 2.5 hour interview with and HSB case you have to solve and present.
