Submitted application, was called for interview. Ended up being a group of people being interviewed. We were all given an overview of the job as a group - then did private interviews.

The interview was mostly asking what locations you're able to work at, your experience with flowers and your comfortability with throwing away excess (extra or decayed) flowers. Usually a phone interview.
