Fun. Easy. Nice. Very professional interview and onboarding process. The team was responsive. The company itself is known for an ambitious, friendly culture. Highly recommend giving Bench a shot. The interview process at Bench was smooth and enjoyable. After a quick phone screen, I completed a relevant skills assessment and had a couple of video interviews. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt well-prepared for each step.

Very kind interviewers. I wasn't selected for the role but they kept my resume on file in case any other positions that suited me better came up. There are a number of scenario/behaviour questions, as well as questions about personal attributes that I think would suit the role.
