I applied thinking I would not be contacted. A day later I received an email requesting a phone interview. After, the phone interview the process was quick and easy but very professional. The recruiter called back as promised and followed-up with next steps. Other companies have "ghosted" me even when I was informed, I was a top candidate. I wish all interviews went this smoothly.
