- First screening based on cv and motivation letter - First batch of tests (logic/problem solving/comprehension/attitudinal, ~4.5h in total) - Second batch of tests ~1h + 20 min Alva test + 10 min personality test - First round of interviews, attitudinal and motivational questions - Second round of interviews, two logic problems to solve live - Third round of interviews, much like the first one At the end, I had to provide two contacts to recommend me which were then called by the recruiter, and then I had a final informal interview with the head of my future function to explain what the position consisted in.
