They called me out of nowhere and asked me if I spoke Spanish. I worked part time, and after working for a week I was hired full time. It's a start up, so there really is no interview process. After sending my resume for a different position, I was asked to be a call center representative only because of my language skills, and not because of my previous work experience.

Super rushed. Was only asked a few questions before being offered a position. They were interested in my language skills only, and not what else I was able to bring to the table.
