Becoming an RA at Benedictine can be daunting for those new to interview processes. It consists of a practical assessment and a panel interview in front of 5 or so Resident Directors and the Director of Residence Life.

Asked a lot of questions about strengths and weaknesses and what I can contribute to Residence life. They focus a lot on team dynamics so adaptability and passion for their mission is very important to them. They want to see someone who is well rounded and has a passion for community.
