The interview process will be a 3-1 ratio. They will ask you generic questions like every interview. They will warn you that this job is not for everyone, but it honestly isn't. You will be lied to about flexibility of hours and the culture.

Hired by a contract company, 2 separate interviews. The first interview was more of a meet and greet with the contracting company in which hired me. Through the interview there was a 1:1 interview with one agent from Aerotek. The second interview lasted 30 minutes and was another interview with 2 agents that asked in depth questions about your work ethic and work environment.
