1st interview is to cover resume and a few questions. 2nd interview is about scenarios and more wraparound model of care using it with families. After the interview you get a call back for denial or acceptance of an offer letter and then you go background, fingerprinting , degree verification , and you start

The interview was a casual conversation. Study their website and get familiar with your role as a CM. They ask “what would you do if” questions. Answer as the CM and you would be fine. Sound as helpful and accommodating as possible.

Overall, the interview process was not too bad. I had two separate interviews and both went well. They ask you a series of questions and how you would respond to certain scenarios.
