I applied and got invited to an interview, which was mostly behavioral and was very short, then was called back later that day and scheduled a second interview for the next day. At that one one other person and I were taken to a location outside the office for a rundown of the program and company where we were encouraged to take notes. After that we returned to office where we were given a short quiz on the info from that session. After that about 20 minutes later I talked to another person who was above the interviewer who asked how the interviewer did, whether I could see myself here. I got called later that day saying congratulations on the job offer.
