Technical phone call on basic java & j2ee questions based on your resume.
Then onsite interview for about 3 or 4 hours, first give a test more like the test of java certification. Then had some design discussion.

It was couple of rounds for a contract position where initially the manager interviewed and the second round was with the the technical lead. The interviews were good where the lead was open to the ideas I had. The Only reason I didn't make it was my answers could have been better.

3) How would you store a counter in your application which denotes the number of visitors.
