The interview process at Bert Labs lasted two weeks. In the first two rounds, detailed questions were asked and technical ability was analysed. Last two rounds were to assess the behaviour and soft skills. All the rounds were more of a conversation and felt like a discussion. The final round was with the CEO, he gauged my personality and asked me about my past work and projects. The last activity was online psychometric assessment. The interview experience was very good with Bert Labs.
