The interview process at Bespoke Partners is very long and lacking in constructive feedback. Following hours invested in a case study, there was a prolonged waiting period of at least three months, with indications of further rounds of assessment.

Met with talent manager, two research managers, and a few would-be peers. Was given a couple days to complete a case study before presenting it to a few people (the 2 managers and head of research). Everyone was super friendly and the process was not too lengthy.

How do I go about setting a research strategy at the start of a search?
So many rounds of a lot of the same questions and insights. Very time consuming to go through the process and not be selected so I think there could be more respect for time. Everyone was friendly and really sold the company culture, not sure of the reality of that culture, but I hope they were being truthful.
