I progressed to the second interview after my initial interview with the Recruitment Consultant. However, the second interview with the manager was like dealing with a moody kid who doesn't like anyone except for himself. It was not professional at all. He asked personal questions as if they had already hired me, even though they don't offer any basic salary to support my initial relocation to Dubai. They expect me to have £10,000 and fund my own relocation. They will treat me as an employee without any employee benefits, even though I will be self-employed or a partner as I will split my commission with them. From my share of the commission, I will have to pay for my accommodation, car expenses, phone, and everything else. They are just selling the dream while expecting me to be the perfect person in the world

Very smooth and welcoming. Jodi Thompson seems very good at her job as a recruiter for Betterhomes. She asked professional questions without putting any pressure on the candidate. The process involved two seperate interviews held on different dates. The first one was with Jodi and the second one was one of the other head recruiters.
