There were 3 people online for the beginning interview. They were asking for the application to be completed at this time. We had no idea of salary or requirements, but were asked banking information as part of the interview.
Asked me to attend the next round of interview. Set a date and then they did not call me. I called in and they said the interview slots were full for the date they set with me.

very friendly team, was interviewed by a lady in the US, just asked general questions on counselling and my background. She explained how the platform worked and what is expected from therapists. She also explained the benefits available to me such as CPD etc.
