Terrible interview experience. They take a looonggg time to respond. The interviewer engaged in an interrogation; asked me questions nonstop and never gave me a chance to ask questions. They use outdated tech and they overwork their employees. The interview process still involves executive leadership, which for a company of their size, is a definite sign of micromanagement. Stay away.

Not a very good process. Engineering seems disorganized. Too much focus on personal development over moving the business forward. Slow to make decisions & lack of clarity on roles & responsibilities

After applying for a role on the BetterUp website, I scheduled a call with a recruiter. Unfortunately, this recruiter never showed up to our scheduled call. I was quite excited to interview with BetterUp as the company has a good reputation.
