As a PhD and expert in social science with a focus on organizational psychology, this place seems to have NO idea what it's doing. I actually dropped out of the interview process because they boast about having PhDs on their team but have ZERO sense of actually applying expertise, both within their business and for the benefit of clients. I really like the idea of this company and what they're trying to do, but my advice to any PhDs who are proud of your expertise and want to add real value in the world: don't waste your time.
