Applied for the job online and had a very quick screening interview, was told I would hear from the hiring manager the following week. I then never heard anything back, which was surprising as my skills aligned closely with the role. I tried reaching out to get some feedback but received none. I appreciate that large numbers of applicants apply for these positions but hearing nothing is very disheartening, especially for a job you are qualified for - having some response would make candidates feel more valued and make the process a lot less stressful.
Thank you for your review and for taking the time to apply and interview with us. We apologise that you didn't get a response from the TA team as it's important to us that all applicants should hear back, regardless of the outcome. Please do reach out to careers@bicycletx.com and I will ensure a member of the team comes back to you with feedback on your application. We wish you the best of luck in your job search and do hope you will consider a career at Bicycle in the future.

After the initial hr and hm interview, had a teams interview lasting several hours.
After 2 weeks and my following up email, I still did not hear anything. I guess this is a company policy and speaks volumes about their ethics.

The interview took a few weeks, started out with a meeting with the hiring manager (30min - 1 hour), followed by a 15 min call with the HR, and then a virtual day-long interview. The virtual interview was composed of a 45 minute presentation followed by Q&A and a few meetings with two people from different teams. Everyone was engaged and really nice. Interview had a brief technical portion which was not too difficult. Overall it was a very positive experience despite not getting an offer, the only downside was that it took a fairly long time to hear back.
