Applied online for the summer position and was contacted through an outside agency and then someone at BMRL. Overall the experience was ver ypositive and easy, just slow. The are there for students and care about your time and your goals.

My interview experience was one 30 minute interview with the hiring manager and my potential manager. The interview was very conversational and relaxed, and I never felt super pressured or uncomfortable.

Interview process was quite slow. Two separate interviews without hearing from anyone for months in between. Overall though, a fairly basic and straight forward interview without any surprises. Make sure to have knowledge on artist roster and why you are interested in the specific internship field you're applying for. Possibly discuss a backup area of interest too.
