The Interview was short and professional. The interview was one on one with the Employee resources representative. I was asked a number of the typical interview questions along with my customer service experience. I was then asked about my preferred department that I would like to work in.

Typically you are brought in for 2 interviews, one being the initial interview & if interested they will schedule a follow-up to discuss position and wages as well as start date. Lasts all of 15 minutes & asks fairly basic questions including what you are interested in applying for, any prior experience, why you chose their company, etc.
