This was, without any doubt, the best interview process I ever had in my career. Communication has been clear, prompt and respectful since day 1. In total I had a 7-round process, which helped me to speak with different senior leaders within the company and to clarify my role and the company's mission. Culture here it's taken very seriously, since we are a fully remote-based company it's essential to be collaborative, open and transparent with the other colleagues.
