Online TestGorilla Assessment testing basic reading comprehension and understanding of data. 45 minute interview with a prior CLA who became a supervisor. Most questions were basic such as strengths, going above and beyond, and basic career goals. Few questions about lab skills and experience with those respective skills.

When is a time you went above and beyond? What was your least favorite thing about a previous workplace? How are you working independently? What are the basic steps in PCR and what are some of the ways it can go wrong? How much experience do you have in micropipetting?

Pretty long process but they really want to make sure they are selecting the right people it seems
I went through 2 rounds of interviews, the second of which was onsite. I was asked a series of technical but mostly behavioral questions. I was also required to do a lab practical which consisted of a simple PCR set up.
