The beginning of the interview process went extremely smooth and the recruiter was very communicative. After I went in for the final interview they asked me to do a project. Although I thought it was odd to ask after that after the in-person interview, I completed it and then never heard back on how I did on the project or if I got the role. It was ended up being a very poor interview experience.
