The interview process has been pretty smooth, they have been clear about the salary, and made some questions to understand if you're into crypto and if you are passionate and if you fit into the work environment. Once I got in there were many people who didn't know about crypto and learnt along the way, so actually you don't need to be an expert, just learn something basic before the interview.

Asked me about my past experiences (I talked to them about what major i did in university and my interest in crypto and web3, also described them my experience on customer support as well), meanwhile the interviewer was checking other tabs and was busy with something else while confirming what i was talking to them at the time.

Fácil, rápido e recrutadores amigáveis. O processo total teve 3 entrevistas e em todas me trataram bem, não tive realmente nenhum tipo de problema durante esse processo. Os benefícios e salário foram explicados de forma clara e objetiva e sempre tive oportunidade de fazer perguntas quando necessário.
