Phone interview and an in person interview. Asked questions related to company machine, PCR technical oriented questions, general interest in science, knowledge of infectious disease and career goals and trajectory. The interview also included a tour of the facilities, meeting with other employees, brief discussion of benefits package. They were also responsive to answering questions and I had an overall positive impression of the company.
Everyone was super nice and friendly. Made me feel really comfortable. They asked pretty general questions and about my experience, no thing super technical. It was over the phone. They called back for a follow up interview but I had already accepted a position elsewhere.

Call interview followed by on site one. It took a month to get the offer. Everything went great, managers are close to their team. There is a big potential for growing and career development
