4 or 5 Steps, more than one month. The first is with the recruiter, the 2nd is a task, the 3rd with the manager of the team and colleagues, the 4th with the CEO

Entretien
Started with phone interview with recruiter, moved onto practical interview with team lead (simulation of customer service interaction over their chat system)/interview with team lead, then finally an interview with current staff in role/CEO.
