I had an interview with Biopharma Informatic recently. This company is owned by an arab. I had to interview with the president and another high level executive. The job description on indeed.com stated that the job offered a base salary plus commission. When I arrived at the interview, I quickly discerned that they did not have the money to pay me, but wanted to convince me to accept a commission only position. The owner was very manipulative. I have worked with these kind of people before and the best advice I can give is for you to run when you meet these kind of employers. They will exploit you and create havoc in your personal life because they do not respect their employees' boundaries. They treat you like a slave and don't want to pay what the market pays for a certain position. They also wanted me to quit immediately from my previous position instead of giving my employer a 2 week notice. They seemed very controlling. I also did not feel like they wanted me to accept the minimum that they could offer. This is a new company and does not appear financially stable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!
