J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bird (Anaheim, CA)

The recruiter will ghost you. Received an email from recruiter wanting to schedule a phone interview. Unfortunately I had an emergency on the day of the interview and emailed the recruiter a couple of hours prior. However no response but I managed to get my things in order and emailed the recruiter again that I’m available for the scheduled interview since i didn’t receive any response from him. Waited and nothing. No call or email. I get a generic rescheduling email a couple of hours later similar to the first, with no reason. I rescheduled for a few days later. And guess what, I waited for the recruiter to call me for the second time and I didn’t get any call. Sent an email confirming my phone number and reminding him of our scheduled call and yet no response. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I will not be entertaining any calls from Birds or be applying for an organization that is very unprofessional. Such a waste of my time and shows clearly how the company wants itself to be represented to talents.

Question 1
No question asked because I was ghosted. A great question would be what do you think will make our recruiting process better?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bird (Santa Monica, CA) en juil. 2019
Entretien
Three different phone/Zoom interviews. Each of these steps had about a week's time in between them, with zero communication from recruiting, even if I reached out to them via email. Then a half day on-site interview. After that, I heard nothing, emailed a few days later, heard nothing. It was almost 2 weeks before I was told the outcome.
Recruiting really needs to respond to communication, and keep things warm. All I needed is "we're still working on it"; instead I got nothing. I did not feel that my time investment was respected. As someone potentially doing hiring of my own, I would have had serious concerns about how applicants would respond to this treatment.
To their credit, they did give feedback on why they passed, which was valuable and appreciated.
