J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bitpanda (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2024
Entretien
HR screening and then another Technical round. The hiring manager seemed more nervous and did not have anything risk-related to ask. It felt like I was wasting my time during that interview. He made statements like "regulations aren't important", and "work-life balance is a lazy excuse". I was uncomfortable and awkward as to how I should respond to these. He painted a picture of Bitpanda as a place uninterested in people. I wonder how long they can function with this sort of attitude. I declined to go for another round. I was sure I did not want to be part of this organisation.

Question 1
I didnot reach till offer stage as I declined to go for another round of interview here. Nothing risk-relevant at all. I don't know if it was even an interview and the guy called himself the leader of Risk and kept saying the UK has too much fuss about regulators! Such a waste of time.
