      Entretien

      First interview with recruiter, then short interview with one of the Software Engineer Manager. Take home assignment. If you pass the assignment, there will be technical with other Devops. Though they were informed without coding background will be considered, still the assignment was coding only.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback! We do require a coding exercise to be completed after the phone call with the hiring manager. There is no correct answer but rather it allows our team to get a sense of the candidates thought process in how they would go about solving/coding a project. The point is to try and understand the experience level with the technical stack we have in house. We apologize you did not have a better experience with this exercise but we appreciate your time and effort in the process.

      J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Bitsight (Boston, MA) en nov. 2019

      Entretien

      Recruiter contacted me and we had a small talk over the phone, we discussed the job role and basically if I am a good fit for the role. Which followed by a phone interview with one of the managers. The phone interview was a mix of technical questions and about my previous work experience. After the call I was given a coding exercise which I had to complete and email them back. After which I was immediately called in for an on-site interview. The on-site interview had 4 rounds- testing, coding, design and work experience related questions and final round was a behavioral round. The reason I am rating it as a negative experience is because it's been 3 months and after my multiple follow-up emails I have not yet received the decision of the interview. I found this highly unprofessional, the recruiter did not even once reply to any of my emails. Any professional recruiter would have replied with whatever decision they made or at least informed if they don't have a decision yet and are interviewing other candidates.

      A simple program was given and I was asked to find as many test cases as I can and explain each one of them.
