My experience with Bizimply’s interview process was quite disappointing. While the process consisted of only three interviews for the SDR position, the gaps between each stage were 2–3 weeks long, with little to no communication. This dragged the process out over nearly two months, wasting a significant amount of time and leaving me constantly in the dark. What made matters worse was that all three interviews felt nearly identical. The same types of questions were asked repeatedly — and in one instance, an interviewer even admitted they were just "ticking boxes." It didn’t feel like a meaningful or insightful evaluation, more like going through the motions. After all that, I was told I'd receive feedback whether successful or not. That never happened. I was completely ghosted. The entire process unprofessional and disorganized from start to finish. Honestly, I’m relieved I didn’t end up moving forward with them — the experience alone was enough to raise serious red flags.
