The interview process is great and the facilitators on both occasions were friendly , easy to talk to so the interview did not seem as robotic as they normally do with other similar sites. They were also very understanding which helps one not to feel the pressure with any mistakes or errors.

The system for the hiring process is very organized and all of the people that I encountered during this juncture were very nice and accommodating to the questions and concerns of the applicants.
