The interviewer was 20minutes late to a scheduled Skype interview, I had another commitment so we rescheduled for the following day at the same time. The following day the interviewer was 20minutes late again. Said they had technical problems with their microphone and asked me to download an app to communicate with them. I went through the not so friendly download process and at the end BlaBla had exhausted their daily allotment of app granting privileges. No follow up email apologizing for their technical issues or for my time lost on 2 separate occasions. Time is very valuable. If a candidate arrived late for an interview, in person or call-in, they'd probably not be considered as a hire. I was basically "ghosted" ...twice.
