It is a quick 3 step process. They get back to you within 24 hours if you are considered for the next rounds. It is a very 2 way street interview and the applicant is given the opportunity to ask questions. The interviews aren't very personable and are about getting downtown to business to find the right candidate.

Entretien

Your typical interview process with back and forth and basic company interview. I immediately realized at this point that the company follows a scheme-y MLM format and was turned off from the position.

We're a legitimate sales and marketing firm, focusing on brand exposure for small clients. The first interview they talk so quickly and are so vague you absolutely have no idea what you walked into or out of at this point. The “CEO” (aka just a business partner to the parent company) will most likely sound scripted... because it is scripted. She didn’t answer any questions that were in depth at all just deflected them to another topic.
