J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blackbaud (Charleston, SC)
Entretien
Scattered, inconsistent messaging between HR and the management team from pre-interview stage to final interview. I ended the interview process when a conversation about comp revealed that although I had been asked, and gave, my current and expected comp, we were a great distance apart. Salary wasn't competitive as I had other active opportunities and ended up with a base of six figures higher than the top of their range.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blackbaud (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2022
Entretien
First interview with the recruiter, second interview was with a direct report. Literally no follow up at all from the recruiter after the second interview. Regardless of whether someone is being moved on or not, it's incredibly unprofessional and shows a real lack for candidates, and one would assume future employees, by taking the less than 2 minutes to send a note saying you're not moving forward. I saw this comment in another person's review, so this must be their MO for candidates who don't move on. I wouldn't waste your time interviewing here - they don't spend the very little time on you in return, even after follow ups to check-in on the role.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic questions about experience, leadership - unstructured questions that really don't dive into actual experience. Recruiter was late to the original interview.
