Entretien
The interview process I participated in included 2 network engineers that currently work at Blackbaud. The 2 engineers jumped from subject to subject with no real organization or plan, going from simple trunking questions to DMVPN to very specific route redistribution. The phone screen lasted almost 45 minutes and gave me no time to really expand on any of the subjects we discussed. This is easily the worst interview process I have participated in.
