The interview process was fine. First interview was the one-way video with the pretty standard "tell me about yourself" type interview questions. The second interview was very informal. Very conversational. It was pretty casual. My only issue was the length of the process. From the 1st interview to the notification that I was not selected was over 2 months. It was almost 4 weeks in between each process. I will say that HR was very responsive throughout the entire process. I had no issues with anyone getting back to me or reaching out.
