I submitted my resume to a Blackstone rep during a career fair. I was contacted a week later for an on campus interview which consisted of a four question test. Then, there was an onsite superday where you get interviewed with four workers. Each interviewer asks one technical question followed by one behavioral question

First got call from recruiter. The recruiter had about 10 front end questions. Then, the second round interview was on the phone with one of the engineer.
There were about 5 questions from the engineer.
