Spoke with the very kind Matthew (CEO). His energy was upbeat and great, you can tell he is passionate about his company. After the initial screening I spoke with their Chief Architect, the call was also very enjoyable. Tony has a technical test in his hands that will sure have you sweating. Although not advancement after this I highly recommend going easy on the text book questions that do not determine how a system admin will be in your company. Overall I have hopes when I find the right company it's with kind good energy folks like BlackTip IT has. Much success to your company.

Received an email wanting to setup a call. Call was scheduled and was with the CEO and lasted about a half-hour. Another half-hour call was scheduled to discuss technical abilities. It started out alright, then the questions started getting more and more difficult/niche and a lot seem to focus on networking.
