Entretien
I went for interview on 10th July 2017. Slot was 3:00PM-4:00PM. They kept me waited for till 4:20PM.
This was funniest experience I have till now it my career. 2 persons started interview and within 5 min both were replaced by other 2, because the duo which were started taking my interview, were some urgent task to do. :)
Although I had to introduce myself 2 times.. and this new panel asked many basic questions and I answered all. BUT one of those guys, asked about material design of Android and RecyclerView. I explained both things to him. Now he asked when RecyclerView introduced? I answered, "since lollipop". But he was saying no it was introduced before lollipop. There was a small debate (I thought it would be in a good way, but he might got that in another way. because he felt he was interviewer there and he would be always right and I will say yes in everything.
Next question was "what is caching". I again replied to him, but he again started argument to me. Acording to him, caching is what used inside RecyclerView to increase performance of RecyclerView. Seriously?????
Till that time I thought I am wasting my time here and this would be wrong decision to work with these guys. But good thing was, they rejected me. I realized that they would selected me, if accepted his both answers. But how can I work with such guys with wrong concept. And a company choose best knowledgeable/ experienced person to take interview, and if those were their best, think about others...
If a person comes for interview, it does not mean that he is there because he need job, you also need skilled person. Its 2 way relation. Think about that and respect interviewee. Do not try to explain a thing if you do not know about that.
I went through consultancy and I asked for feedback also. But they did not provide.
