J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Blind (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
I felt like I had the opportunity to really get to know team members as well as showcase my personality and skillset. I got sufficient 1:1 time with everyone I would be working with directly. Each person I interviewed with seemed very passionate about the company mission. There wasn't any hesitation in providing answers to any of my questions which I really appreciated. The total process took 2 weeks.
Relatively quick all things considered.
Met with talent acquisition, then hiring manager, followed by panel and hiring manager once more.
I thought everyone was quite nice and while I was given a prompt, it was nice to not submit a formal case study that I've been burned on in the past for free work.
I thought the questions were straight-forward and not duplicative, yet ultimately very disappointed that all I received was a generic rejection from a no-reply email address after all this. They claim to be a scrappy company and personal, yet don't even have the decency to let you know why they "will not be proceeding with your candidacy at this time".
While nice people, it is clear from this that they just want guidance on strategy while attempting to execute on what they can gather from the pointed questions they ask. I thought this was going to be an honest process, but despite this, this startup is clearly struggling to make their product a success in the U.S market. While interviewing, they reposted the job across platforms which already gave me a red flag.
