Three rounds of interview, extremely dligient HR and an amazing hiring manager. However, I would run far away from the leadership. Bunch of elitists who think they can play around with people's emotions during an interview. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

First round is an interview with the recruiter. Second round you speak with a member of the team. Third round is a 45 minute presentation based on a open case study; they give you 4 days to complete. My take, they are posting jobs to get people to do market research for them, The case study "suggests" to use outside information to inform on the case study. They are using this as a way to generate ideas and are not seriously considering candidates. Avoid and do not waste your time and effort.
