The first phase of their process is to send in a writing sample in which you are responding to customer inquiries. The second phase was a phone interview. Questions were asked about what I thought the position was about. Where I see myself in three years. What I like about my current position. I then went in for the face to face interview. I met with three separate people and they each went through my resume and asked me how I would spot potential fraud.

The hiring process went pretty quick. I would say you have a better chance at landing an interview if you are able to get a referral. The whole process took ~3 weeks.
First you apply, then after your resume is reviewed you are emailed to complete a task. For me, I had to complete a document that provided 3 different scenarios and how I would handle/work them. The directions advised to complete 2 of the 3. Amy advice is to be as detailed as you possibly can, without rambling. Be very clear and concise. I chose to take up a whole page and a half with my responses and I believe it really makes you stand out. I was given 48 hours to complete this and had to send it back via PDF to the recruiters email.
This is where things got a little dicey... I was asked for times to do a phone interview but something happened and my email got lost some how in their database (despite me seeing it on smart recruiters) If it weren’t for me following up after 24 hours I may have lost my shot. SO always follow up!! Instead of meeting straight away with the recruiter I skipped that step and met with 3 hiring managers the very next day.
The interview is via Google Meet & you will more than likely meet with 3 “leads”. It’s a pretty relaxed interview for the most part. They ask STAR questions, make sure you name a specific time. Also, make sure your answers line up with the job you have applied for. Don’t forget to ask each manager at minimum 3 questions. The interview is almost like... a room, one lead pops in and interviews, they exit and within a few minutes the next lead hops in. It is in no way intimidating and certainly isn’t like a panel interview.
After the interview is probably the hardest part - waiting!! It took 4 business days to hear back.
So far so good, I am due to start soon and couldn’t be more excited! They have been very attentive, not overwhelming at all. It seems like an incredible place to work. Just make sure you stand out in the interview and you will nail it!

Everyone was honestly great, went through 6 interviews with HR, Team Leader, Department Leader and other associates. The process was long, for sure. I did not end up getting an offer.

After a short phone interview with a Cash App recruiter, I was scheduled for three back-to-back 30-minute video interviews with team leads and a manager within Risk Operations. They use the STAR interview method and read their three very similar questions out to you word for word and allow you to answer. They are looking for a very detailed and structured response so come prepared by having at least three examples ready to read back to them. All three interviews were basically the same questions and structure leaving little time for the candidate to ask questions about the position or company at the end. Overall, if you come prepared and can recite your examples back to them, you should do well.
