About 1.5 months from application to phone screen. Very quick recruiter phone screen, about 15 minutes. Received a test assignment that took about 3 hours. 2 days after submitting the test assignment, an invitation for an interview with the hiring manager. A bit of confusion here, as one internal recruiter scheduled a phone interview and another scheduled a video interview, both with the same hiring manager. It was clarified to be only a 30 minute video interview. Ghosted by the hiring manager and internal recruiter after the interview.
