Stupid and Worst Interview Process and Management which will take a decade | Total 3 tech and 1 Hr round - So if you want to waste your time without any proper practice of interview skills then proceed with it | The interviewers were very unprofessional with no capability of taking interviews and judgement - mostly because they don't know anything and they don't even care about the company | No proper reason of rejection may be the interviewer expecting textbook answers. *Advice to the Management - Get a proper team who can ask good practical questions to Senior developer like low level system design questions | how to properly handle errors in system | how can you scale the system, etc.

Entretien
It was messy, the hr didn't know what he was doing, he was making a lot of mistakes. One time we scheduled an interview and no one showed up, called him and he didn't respond, nobody cancelled and I waited over an hour.
He showed up two days later and acted like nothing happened which gave me a very bad impression about the company.
