Fairly standard process. 1 preliminary HR interview that covers the basics like work history, goals etc. Second interview was with a more senior HR person. Then a quiz/written assignment that was relevant to the position and took about 90 minutes. The final interview was with the department head and the HR person from interview 2. This was a culture fit interview and offer was verbally confirmed.
