First, there was an in person interview with two team members and then a phone call with the executive director. Overall, it was a pretty standard and easy interview process.

Video interview with manager. Asked how you would handle if a vendor/donor dropped out of their promised donation shortly before an event. Less than 30 minutes of an interview and somewhat conversational. Wants to know how you handle stress, etc.

Entretien
First was a short phone interview, which I'm guessing was to gauge personality and ease of communication, considering that's primarily what the job entails. In person is super relaxed as well. The people are incredibly easy to talk to and get excited about what they're doing, even if they're just pretending to be excited
