There were motivational questions and a logical reasoning/cultural appraisement test before I was sent the VI. Two months after the VI I was contacted to schedule a face to face interview with two Team Leaders, which took about an hour.

CV and Answer questions. 1 recorded video and a Skype interview. The recorded interview was quite simple, just do research. The same is true for the Skype one. You truly only have to do your research.

Submitted my CV and answered basic questions on their website, and got an email the next day for an online recorded interview.
I did not enjoy the recorded interview at all, as you cannot connect with a human being and the timing is extremely limited (about 1 minute) for each question.
