Second round interview with 2 employees, more specific than phone screening. Typical behavioral questions, CV questions, but no brainteaser or anything. Third round interview was another 2:1 interview, similar to the 2nd round. Basically, you need convey a strong interest in finance, ability to work with data, and state clearly why you want to work for Bloomberg more than any other company.
