I applied through LinkedIn and a HR contacted me immediately. Interview process included 3 rounds. 1) Rounds1 - QA team: Interview was mostly resume based and about the past experience. Few testing related questions. How to test a web page. 2) Round 2 -Development team: Few technical questions about the previous projects. Basic SQL queries( joins related). 3) Round 3 - Hiring Manager: Mostly behavioral and evaluated how my past experience can help them with their projects and processes. They were looking for a candidate who can develop an automation framework for their web apps and also handle the release engineering process.
